Connect section to footer across all pages

Is there a way to always have the subscribe section on top of the footer? Right now it’s just on the homepage and is a separate section to the footer. Is there a quick code someone could suggest so I don’t have to duplicate this across all the pages?

Can you try adding a new section to the footer? Most of the theme support sections on the footer. If you add any sections on the footer/header, it should be visible on all the pages.
