Are you trying to connect your Wordpress website to your Shopify account? If so, you will need to connect your third-party domain that is under Wordpress to you Shopify store by going to >settings >domains >connect existing domain.
If that will not work for you, I highly suggest that you reach out to Wordpress support team so they can give you hands-on or detailed instructions on how to integrate Shopify to your Wordpress website.
