I’m having issues with the theme customizer for some of my clients. When I try to connect to a dynamic source, it stays stuck loading. Does anyone know why this is happening? I contacted Shopify support already and they couldn’t figure out the issue. I don’t have this issue on my Dev store, but this has occurred for a freshly installed Pipeline theme and Parallax theme.

- Check Theme Compatibility and App Conflicts
- Hope you are using updated theme and app
- Check for Broken Dynamic Sources
- Clear Browser Cache and Cookies
- Check Shopify Store Settings and API Issues
- Check Theme Customizer Compatibility with Metafields
I figured out the issue. I needed access to products in my client’s store. The client doesn’t have products in the store and I wasn’t using product metafields, so I found it weird when Shopify support said to get access to it, but it worked.
