I am in the process of transferring my store from Volusion to Shopify. I am having a hard time directing my domain from publicdomainregistry.com to my Shopify store. If anyone has done this before please let me know how you did it. Thank you!

- A record: Shopify IP address 23.227.38.65
- www CNAME record: shops.myshopify.com
You can have only one A record and one www CNAME record associated with your domain. If your domain already has an A record or www CNAME record, then you need to change these records to point to Shopify. You can have multiple CNAME records associated with your domain, but each one must have a unique name, such as www or shop.
The A record and www CNAME record are the only two records you should need to change or update. Once you have made the change it can take up to 48 hours for the DNS information to propagate.

I have watched the video and read the article on how to do it, but unlike go daddy and the other one mentioned you can not login to publicdomainregistry.com and change the settings. My domain is buyskatesdirect.com.

I did some research and it looks like PDR is the registrar but the management of your domain is done through a partner interface. Their information on their website is very limited, but I was able to find a bit of information through some other domain hosts. If you do not have access to a dash/admin panel for your domain you will need to contact PDR directly to make any changes: https://publicdomainregistry.com/support.
