Connecting Facebook to the store

Hi!

When I try to connect my store to a Facebook account, I am prompted to connect to another Facebook account (without the right to choose). How do I connect the correct Facebook account, not the one that is suggested???

Try doing this on Incognito mode. Does it work after you try that method?

It’s likely that your Facebook account info is recorded in the browser and cookie, so I suggest you clear the browser cache.

Then, only log in to the Facebook account that you want to connect to your store.

Once it’s accomplished, you can go ahead and log in to the other account :slightly_smiling_face:

Clearing the cache did not help :disappointed_face:
But it helped that I logged out of my Facebook account and tried to log back in through Shopify. I was prompted to select any Facebook account to log in :slightly_smiling_face:
