Whenever i try to connect my instagram account it tells me to check the account quallity center to repeal for my account however when i check its account status on instagram it tells me theres no restrictions anyone know what to do?

Based on the error message you received, you’ll need to check your Account Quality section on Facebook to request an appeal. This action is fully supported by (Meta) Facebook and it would be best to contact their support team for further assistance. To connect with their support team, you can click the Get Support button in your Shopify admin > Facebook Sales Channel section.
