Hi all,
I am trying to connect my webshop https://aitchesjewelry.com/ to google merchant, but i cannot seem to pass the verification step “Confirm that you’ve added contact information to your online store”.
I have added all sorts of contact information: emails, phone, chat, contact forms. Just i don’t want to add my address (because it’s my home address). But still i cannot connect to Google because the step is not passed.
When looking for an answer online, i see that other people get some check boxes (address, phone, email), but I don’t get that option (i tried chrome, edge, and android app).
Any suggestion how to solve this? Many thanks!
