Can Shopify please make it easier to connect with influencers by allowing brands to filter by country, city, engagement rate, commissions earned etc (like in tiktok) but then also be able to easily add them to a saved group to contact them at any time. Both of these functions are not easily available on shopify Collabs.

Additionally, making the collabs platform for influencers available in Europe as a whole would be very helpful. We have several affiliates who are from France, Spain, Italy, Portugal etc and its not easy to work with them using shopify collabs platform since its only available in North America.

We used to get 20-30 collabs requests a day, now we get maybe 1 every 2 months, why is this? Does shopify not make brands very visible to creators anymore?

Hi Celine! Thank you so much for your question. Shopify Collabs allows you to filter by country in the Recruiting feature and you can search for specific cities in the keyword search box. We will consider more filters that you suggested above in the future.

Shopify Collabs works in Europe and in the countries you have listed. Can you explain the difficulties they are having?

Regarding the slow down in applications/ connections, have you continued to promote your online store application page? We still allow creators to find and search through qualified brand partners!
