Hi everyone!

We are struggling with our contact and signup forms, getting a lot of fake entries- weirdly they are real names and email addresses, even phone numbers, but when we reach out to the customer they say they never filled out the form. Usually we use Klaviyo signup forms- we like their design features and of course it’s easy to immediately add people to flows- but they don’t give the ability to add a Captcha or ReCaptcha requirement.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a contact/appointment app that does have spam filters? We need to be able to ask the customer to fill out fields, some required and some not, and we’d also prefer an app that integrates with Klaviyo.
