I have an existing app on Shopify (not published to the store) and I made some changes on this app that requires more access scopes. I need to inform my customers (shop owners who installed the app previously) to enter and accept the new access request. how this can be done (contacting the shop owners) from Shopify?
I had a similar situation where I needed the customer to make changes on a plugin on another platform (WordPress) and sending emails was pointless, where a lot of customers ignored them.
So I’m asking if Shopify provides a way to contact shop owners that installed my app (i.e. by notifications maybe when they open their Shopify Admin dashboard) or alert popups or sth. Because I need them to accept the new access scopes request without using emails.
