The call in support number has been cancelled. What do shop owners do for support? Are there any FREE plans until my store starts to generate income ?

If you’d like to speak with our support team directly, you can head to our Shopify Help Center. Once you log in to your account you can create a support request through live chat, email, or callback. To do so, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’, and then click ‘Continue.’ From there, you can submit your request to speak with an advisor.
In the meantime, I’m happy to provide support here as well. In regards to getting your store set up, there is a possibility that our support team may be able to extend your trial for an additional 14-days. Once you’re on a paid plan for 60 days, you can also consider the Pause and Build option. When you use the Pause and Build plan, your store continues to run at a reduced cost of $9 USD per month. You can access your Shopify admin and edit your products when you need to, but your checkout is disabled.
