I’m no longer receiving emails from my contact form. They aren’t in my junk mail either. I’m not using a third party app. I’m using a sender email on Shopify and it’s forwarding to my personal email. It worked perfectly for the last year but all of a sudden is no longer working and I haven’t changed anything. I have customers reaching out on social media saying they are waiting for a reply through email but I’m not receiving anything!

You should contact with Shopify support. Or share the store URL so that I can check the bug that maybe causing the issue in sending the customer messages.

I found that form is working well. You just need to contact with Shopify support.

I test it. Maybe the emails are blocked from the restricted countries.
Do you know how to check for that? I’ve been in contact with support for a bit now and we have yet to find a solution.
