I removed the Phone Number field from the contact form section of the contact page template, and now instead of the contact form section being rendered, the newsletter sign up section is on each page. It looks correct in the template, but each page is rendered with a newsletter signup instead of a contact form.

Thanks for the reply. I actually figured it out - it wasn’t showing for some reason in draft mode. When I made it live, the form showed up correctly.
