- I created the “Contact Me” page as instructed in one of the Shopify tutorials, using Shopify’s contact template.

In Settings >> General >> Store Details, the store contact email has been set correctly to a valid email address at gmail.com.

The form page displays fine and I’ve also tried using it to see if I get any emails back. I get the confirmation message “Thanks for contacting us. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.” But no emails have come to the store contact email, not even spam.

I also tried changing the email to another email address of mine, but no luck there either.
Can you please help fix this issue because my customers are complaining about not getting any replies from the business on their attempt to contact me.
