Hi please help us we need to put the contact number that will directly them to call us when they click and same with the email that will direct to their mail app when they click it, we need to place it on the header.
i believe you can either add text fields for contact and mail using rich text if that allows. You just need to add links. So for contact add tel:your-phone-number and for mail mailto:your-mail-id.
The other way is too add these link texts as a tags directly into the header code

If you’d like to place the “Call Us” action in the header, you’ll need to access the theme folder, locate the header file, and add your custom HTML code there.
