Hi there, my website is Brooklyn theme and has a simple content page that came with the theme. When someone sends an email, they get a message that says thank you for your email, but nothing ever comes through to the store email.
I’ve tired using different email addresses, from different hosts i.e gmail, outlook etc. but nothing comes through and nothing ever did, i.e. it wasnt’ working and then stopped working.
I called my domain host and they said it all looks good, and I tried shopify chat and they said they couldn’t see a problem.
