Hey @KatiM
You will have to use the Shopify Chatbox to access Shopify Support. This chat starts off AI and will inform you that you need to upgrade to the Advance or Plus Plan level. This is not true. Type “agent” and you will be rerouted to a live support agent. You do have to be on Shopify Plan level and above (Basic doesn’t support the Carrier Service). Depending on your subscription payment, this feature could cost $20 USD. If you pay annually, you get this feature for free.
Please keep in mind, if you change plan levels or subscription payment plan, Shopify will turn this feature off again until you speak with support again.
