Contact Shopify Support - App blocks our website to customers!

We had to remove an app, ShopSecure, because it had a glitch that actually blocked our website from some of our customers, friends and family. The app is removed, but there is still code that exists that blocks the website - which obviously hurts traffic and sales. We are trying to contact the developers, but haven’t received a response yet.

Looking to contact Shopify Support to help step in, but it is impossible to reach them as well. The “Help Center” message box is a bot loop with no human ever responding.

Any suggestions to contact Shopify directly?
