Contact Us Button on New Customer Account Page Not Working

When requesting a return in the New Customer Account page, the “contact us” hyperlink button does not work. It is a blank link. Does anyone know how to fix this?

May I suggest to update code these steps:

1. Go to Store Online-> theme → Edit default theme content

2. Search “Learn about our”

3. Update url for this link
