Contact Us post response returning a 302 status code - emails not being received

Hi, our site has recently started returning a 302 status code when sending a post request to Contact us (/contact) and emails are not being received to our default email address set up in Shopify > General settings.

I suspect this might have something to do with a redirect to /challenge showing in the response header. We currently don’t use a challenge page on our frontend.

Any suggestions on solving this would be greatly received.
