When a page opens, the elements (header, footer, other content, etc.) within the page fade in with a smooth transition. I would like to be able to control the speed at which it does this. I am currently using the free theme “Craft” that doesn’t have this feature built in. Coding it in on my end has so far not worked.

it’s an advanced theme customization to add settings to control a feature granularly or whole cloth if a theme doesn’t already have some top level control over something like animations.
