Hey, I’m trying to look at my conversion rate breakdown funnel by collection type but I cannot add “product collections” to the filter.

How do I add product collections in?

Hope this will work

  • Option 1: Add Tags to Products Based on Collection and Use Tags in Reports
  • Option 2: Use Custom Reports (Shopify Advanced Plan or Plus)
  • Option 3: Use Third-Party Analytics Tools

Hi @Ben-Bucket . Shopify’s default reports don’t let you filter by collections directly. Here are your best options:

Option 1: Tag Products by Collection

  • Manually tag products with collection-specific tags (e.g., summer-collection). Then filter reports by product tags.
  • Works on all plans. BUT Manual, harder to scale.

Option 2: Use Custom Reports (Advanced or Plus Plans)

  • With Shopify Advanced/Plus, you can build custom reports using product tags, product types, or vendors as filters.
  • You can also use ShopifyQL Notebooks for advanced queries.

Option 3: Use Third-Party Analytics Tools

  • Third-Party Analytics Tools (with Shopify connector) offer collection-level reporting and full-funnel insights.
  • Best for: Data-heavy stores or teams needing deeper analysis.
