Conversion tracking stopped working

Has anyone else experienced a drop off on conversion data over the last few days. Seems very sporadic, 31/01 intermittent tracking and 01/02 only starting tracking from about 1pm GMT. Okish again yesterday but today its back to not tracking anything.

I’ve placed a few test orders and it looks like the GTAG or analytic tag isn’t firing properly on the checkout thank-you page. Anyone experience this issue? We have pretty consistent conversion data so its pretty obvious when something stops working.

We also have issues with tracking. Since a few days shopify is not showing its own conversions. We make sales, yet shopify shows no cart, checkout or purchases.

I have been having metrics tracking issues with Shopify for a month now.

often time id have a big difference between total orders and sessions converted. If they can’t even track converted sessions correctly. what else are they missing up the chain.

like ATCs or Checkouts.

Really hurts optimizing with incomplete data.
