Hi I have an issue on my store with tracking. The majority of our sales come through as 1st session was ‘Direct to Store’ and the first page they visited was the checkout. I tried speaking to someone on Shopify chat as surely that can’t be correct? They would at the very least view the product page before getting to the cart phase. Has anyone had this issue and how can I fix this. Is there a way to check for missing tracking information in the store’s code?
