Correct App category

Hello everyone,

we have been stuck and haven’t been able to get an approval for an unlisted app.

We have our own marketplace that allows companies to create their store. Some of our sellers requested that we allow them to import products from Shopify and sync stock.

We worked on this for a couple of months and allowed someone to import their business info from shopify as well, like the business name.

Shopify constantly rejects our app and we do not see clear instructions on how we need to address this, we just fix one thing and they find problem in another.

The app is Unlisted and it will be available only for merchants that have an account on our system.

The current Category we have is Sales Channels, so we are not sure if this is the way to go for our usecase.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Without seeing your app implementation it’s hard to give advice on this, but I am aware that there are specific requirements you need to meet in order to be listed as a Sales Channel app. These docs may be helpful:
