Hi @Leo_Bryan
Welcome to the community.
It is good that you keep working on your store, but you have to learn about e-commerce in general and learn from other people’s experiences. There are a lot of topics in Store Feedback category, and I think your topic belongs there too. You do need to promote a lot on social networks, too. But your issues do not start there, but in the store.
To me, it is a basic store with product images, some descriptions for collections and products, and not much besides that. That “How are you enjoying your shopping experience?” takes too much space and does not display at the right time. As a visitor, I just got there, and you asked if I enjoy it or not. It is not the right time.
Your logo in the header is small and not too readable, but you thought to put it in the hero banner to make sure people remember? Well, I think it is not a great move. “Where trends begin” is a bit of a bold statement, but in an announcement bar, it does not have any function, no link. Your menu could be better. Necklace Woman and Necklace Men are not a great choice, you could have just Necklace and then like a sub collection Woman/Man. Also, you can add separate main menu items, Woman and Man, and then, underneath, add more collections.
I always check the contact information and the about us page, and yours does not give me much trust. The " About Us " page is really bad AI-generated text, you should be aware that you can not connect to customers with that text. Sounds good, have some catchy words but empty underneath. You have one domain email in one place, and that is good, but then on the contact information page, you have Gmail. Plus, the address is of a university, so it looks fake to me. How much trust do you think I got from all this ? Not much.
As I said, just products and descriptions are not enough. AI-generated text does not help. A lot of content/sections/blocks are missing. You should take some time to learn and, from that, improve your store. Besides store feedback, you can search for “no sales” and " zero sales" topics.
And I want to show you, the store that does well has done a lot of things right, and something you can aim for, but you can’t copy things like experience.
And check the first comment.
Good luck.
