I am under 18 my debit card (Mastercard) is under my name with my parents also on the account. I have repeatedly received this problem after entering my information correctly. I opened my bank account and got the card recently and it’s not having problems on anything besides this. I have no idea what the problem could be besides this and if this is the cause, what are some solutions or work arounds? I plan on calling the card issuer tomorrow. Thank you.
