Hi @Endlessdesigns2 ,

I’m Kate from PageFly - Shopify Landing Page Builder app.

Congratulations for your new store. I have just had a look at your store. Your store is pretty but quite simple. I agree with the above comments but I have just some small things to suggest to you. May it help to boost your sales!

1. BFCM, Christmas campaigns are running now

You shouldn’t miss out this chance to give some offers for BFCM and upcoming holidays such as Christmas and New Year. This is a great opportunity for you to boost your sales. I have some ideas below:

  • Create a sale campaign: To live up your store, highlight your product, and upsell. You can choose to hold “BFCM Flash Sales”, “Santa’s Secret Gift”, …

  • Add a countdown timer: To create a sense of urgency and encourage them to make the purchase now rather than later. Here is an example from our free template:

  • Gift guides and recommendations: Create holiday gift guides or product recommendations to help shoppers find the perfect gifts for their family and friends.

2. Separate your homepage and collection page

Your current home page is the same as a standard collection page. You should have your own homepage with these sections:

  • A hero banner: The banner is very significant in hero material. It is the first thing customers see when they visit your website. Let’s get consumers to know exactly what you’re having in 5 seconds first.

  • Have a CTA button on the banner/ slideshow**:** A primary call to action button is one of the important things for a home page of an online store. With this button, you will redirect customers to the page you want them to take action mostly. It can redirect to a collection page, or a product page, etc.

  • A section about your brand story: A brand story helps customers understand more about your business and also helps your store look more professional. Here is an sample:

  • A testimonial - customer reviews: Reviews are crucial when it comes to shopping online. PageFly allows you to add testimonials and product reviews to the page in easy ways.

  • A social media section: You can add Instagram or Facebook page so that your clients can see or follow you. They might not buy at the first glance but if your store appears again on their sight, they might buy your products somedays.

  • Have an announcement bar: Basically, the announcement bar will announce the information about shipping and discount or any promotion campaign of a store.

3. Make a sticky header

Sticky header helps customers easily access menu navigation although they scroll down or up on your page. Customers can also quickly reach the Search field to find products with a sticky header.

You do not have an anchor button to “Back to the top”, so it makes it very inconvenient for customers to go back to your menu and see other pages, products, etc.

Hope these suggestions help!

If you have any further questions, please feel free to let me know. I wish you the best of luck with your online venture!

Best regards,

Hi Endlessdesigns2,

This is Amee from Gojiberry - Shopify Survey & Feedback App.

I took a look at your store and have a few suggestions that will help increase conversion rate:

  1. Testimonials. Showcasing a few testimonials on your home page – whether from online customers or family/friends, helps promote more consumer trust and confidence.
  2. Revamping detail pictures. While your picture looks unified against a similar background, it seems to lack some lighting. If the background material reflects, you might want to consider using a lightbox while taking your product photo, or post-editing the image to have more light and a clean background.
  3. Call to action button. Add an add-to-cart button or any call-to-action button underneath each product.
  4. Adding a blog. Why did you start this business? What is the story/special meaning behind your creation? In a world with so much competition, you are not just selling a product, but also selling a concept, a story. What makes your creation special?
  5. Ask your customers! (Most effective for increasing conversion) Ask where your converting customers are coming from. You can easily do so with a post-purchase survey app, and reward your customers with coupons/points to keep them coming back again. Once you find out your strongest marketing channel, focus more effort and money on that.

Hope this helps!
