if I change the name of the playlist then save it, then try changing the pic, it not works and it worked for me at least.

When trying to update a playlist cover, my Spotify app repeatedly says “Couldn’t add new image, Check your internet connection and try again. Or save changes without image.” But it only applies to certain images.
I am guessing this is just a timeout thing because my connection is fine. Is there a fix for this bug?
This is for Spotify on iOS 14.4.
