Thank you for the screenshot, and I definitely understand the confusion. I am also a bit confused as to why these tools are looking for or reporting site urls that end in a backslash. Backslashes "" are generally used in programming but pretty much never in URL structure.
The only thing I can think of is if you have a SEO tool installed on your website that generated these links for some reason. I recommend contacting these SEO reporting tools directly though to better understand why they are reporting on URLs that end in a backslash, as generally those URLs just don’t exist at all - so of course they are showing as 404s.
