I just purchased a certification with a coupon code.
The coupon code displayed the correct price in the cart but has been removed during checkout.
My credit card has been fully charged.
How can this be corrected?

I received an email about Shopify Academy Certifications being back and offering a 20% promo code. However, when I applied the code during checkout, the price remained the same.
