My coupons seems to be set to scheduled even thought they are supposed to be active. My customers are now complaining that the coupons are not working.
I’ve got the same issue, pretty annoying. You ever manage to fix this?
Hi, I just had the same issue, but I have a resolution.
When I created the Discount Code and added an end date (the start date was immediate), it showed as scheduled.
I removed the end date, saved the discount code (It then changed to active), I then re-added the End Date and saved, and now shows as active.
Think it must be a bug, but a quick fix! Hope this helps
