Hello, I lunched my compaign 72 hours ago on meta with a 15$ daily budget, I got no sales, CPC around 5$and CPM around 150$ wich is very very high (testing in USA in the health and wellness niche, both gender, +30 age). curently testing one image ad and Two videos ( one of 16 seconds, average time watch is 6 second, the other is a minute long and average watch time is 9 seconds). any tips on how to improve my compaign ?

select women and men 18+ age

use manual campaign instead of automated in FB ads -product ads with daily organic posting on insta and fb organic
