Craft Theme Collection Header Text Wrap

In the Craft Theme, the text within a collection header without a picture is not wrapping based on the size of the screen. See picture below. How do I make the text be the same width as the collection tiles below. This is in an unpublished theme as I am still building it and keeping my current site live.
