When I add a contact form to my ‘Contact Us’ page, it also adds a contact form to my ‘About Us’ page. Are these linked somehow? How do I do this so I only have the contact form on the ‘Contact Us’ page, and not the ‘About Us’ page?
I tried hiding is as well but that hid the form for both pages.
Go over to your pages from the online store menu. Check both pages here:
For About see if it is set to Default:
And your contact page like this:
If you don’t have it set up this way select the appropriate template. If you do and you are still having issues I would delete the contact form from both and save. Then I would go back into the contact page and then click that blue button at the bottom there below the Theme Template selector and click Customize theme. I would then add the contact form back to the the contact page and hit save.
