Create a collapsible reference area for blogs

Hello Shopify Community,

I would like to create a collapsible area for references at the bottom of the blogs on my website like this:

I just wanted to gauge how long this would take if this was to be developed internally. If this feature is more complicated, how long would a developer take to create this?
