Hi support

Can I create another custom email template in Shopify that will automatically send mail to my custom text mail to the user after the order confirmation mail?

Please let me know any idea.

Hi there,

You can do this by editing the code in Settings > Notifications > Staff notifications > New order > Edit code.

I did want new order mail, Actually, I just want another custom email after the order confirmation email.

In another email, I want to send my custom text.
