I was checking my store right now, and the forms Placeholder are not working. That way my customers will not know what to fill in each box.
Can anyone help please!

Lulu here from the Shopify Support team. Thanks for reaching out to us here, and I’ll be more than happy to help you out.
I think this could be down to the colors in your theme. If you click Online Store > Themes > Customize > Theme Settings > Colors. If you can check “form fields” there and make sure that the background is set to white then it should remove the black and you will be able to see what to enter.
