A little expertise is needed (as I don´t have that :-))
I would like to have a blur effect on the page content (not the nav menu) when hovering over a navigation menu item in the store.
I have tried with different CSS & JS codes, but unfortunately without any luck.

Any expert suggestions would be highly appreciated

Follow these Steps:
Go to Online Store
Edit Code
Find theme.liquid file
Add the following code in the bottom of the file above tag
RESULT:
