Hi,

We are a film lab, customers ship their film to us for us to develop it. I want to create a custom notification to alert customers when their film has arrived with us ready for us to process it.

We also ship the film back out to them once it is processed so we cannot replace the shipment alert.

We need an email that the order is confirmed, which has to work for both a film processing order and a film buying order. An email to let the customer know that their film has arrived with us. And an email to say that the film processing is complete and shipped back to them.

I created an order today and tagged that as fulfilled, but when I went to add tracking information to try send another notification, nothing came through.

Any tips?
