Our shopify site sells clothing to clubs. Sometimes orders are sent direct to the customer (post/courier), and sometimes orders are sent in bulk to a single address and then distributed from there.
Is there a way to edit the notifications sent at the time of fulfillment so we can select if it says ‘your clothing is being posted to you direct’ or ‘your clothing is being sent to X and, please contact them direct to get your stuff’ (obviously worded better than that!)
I’ve tried assigning products using the custom fufillment options. I’ve set up two fake custom fufillment services, one for ‘CLUB/BULK’ and one for ‘DIRECT TO CUSTOMER’.
Although the fulfillment email is still generic to the customer, would it be possible to use the if & else statements within the HTML/liquid code in the fufillment notification to then differeniate the text in the notification to the customer?
Or another way???
