Create Customer facing order notes, for us to update an order status for customers to access

We need customers to be able to check their orders for notes and/or delivery updates - Is there a way to add customer facing order notes?

Is there anywhere we can add comments to an order for a customer to see when they login to their account, for example a custom fulfillment status or order update box?

I have recently released an app called Order Status Pro that allows you to show comments on the native Shopify order status page. Here is an example below:

Hi,

This looks interesting. We average 1500 orders per month, does that mean cost to us would be $19 pm or is it per number of orders the app is used on?
