You can easily achieve that with Easify Product Options. The app lets you add a text box (or any other input field type) on your product page so customers can enter their personalized text before adding the product to the cart.
You can even mark the field as required, customize the label, and style it to match your theme.

Basically, you can ask the customization/personalized text on the products using AiTrillion’s Form builder module. With the help of Form builder module, you can ask the customers about the customization and create the form as per your requirement which will be sent with the order line item details.
