We’re trying to move away from using invoiceASAP and shift our in-person invoicing process fully into Shopify. Our team often needs to create invoices on the spot while out in the field, and Shopify’s draft order feature gets us close—but there’s one major gap: we can’t collect a customer signature at the time the invoice is created.
That’s a key part of how we document our in-person transactions, and without it, we’re stuck using external tools.
Has anyone found a way to handle this through Shopify or a compatible app? Ideally something mobile-friendly that works well in the field.
