Create Policy page "pop up" just like in the checkout?

I use dawn 9.0.0 and I noticed that in the Checkout page if customers click any of the Return or Privacy Policy links in the footer a nice smooth pop up comes up from down to up displaying the policies and blurs the background. How do I re-create this when customers click the same links in the footer of any default page on my site instead of it just being a normal page template? Below is a screenshot of what I want to achieve for the whole site.

Thanks for the connecting with Shopify Community.

Yes this is doable, as at the checkout the popup is default Shopify’s setup. For footer you need to hard code the popup in order to achieve the same layout and setup. Seek developer’s help to help you setup the same at reasonable rate. Let me know if you are looking for.
