Create shipping labels, Hermes and Proof_of_delivery

Hi

I’m trying to create shipping labels through the Shopify admin. However, when I choose to select the ‘Proof of Delivery’ option an error comes up stating the “Code proof_of_delivery is not a supported shipment option”.

Does anybody have any ideas how this can be resolved? I need a signature due to the value of the orders.

I’m trying to ship via Hermes in the UK.

Hi, I’m getting the same error - is it not possible to select the proof of delivery option when buying the shipping label for Hermes through Shopify?
