When I want to create a new template for a product, the button ‘create template’ is there but it won’t let me click on it.
why is this?
I’m using the theme Dawn. Is it limited to how many templates you can create or something?
The steps I take to get here is customise theme - at the top I click on products on the drop down menu - Then I scroll to the bottom of that drop down menu and other is the ‘create template’ button.
It’s happening the same to me. Could anybody please help?

I was chatting with someone from Shopify support and she said to try clearing my Google browsing data and it worked. I was able to create a new product template. I was able to do it using Safari even when it didn’t work on Google Chrome.
Although it fixed the problem by clearing my Google browsing data, it stopped working again a few days later. So I’m just using Safari now as it’s annoying having to clear my data regularly.

But a few days later I wasn’t able to create a new product template again. Is there another way to fix this problem as I don’t want to have to keep deleting my browsing data as it logs me out of all websites and accounts I’m logged into.
