Create unique QR code for registration and send voucher

Hi, I want to create unique link (QR code) for user to scan and register information and send them voucher code.

The QR will be unique for different shops. User will

  1. Scan the Shop-A QR redirect them to the registration page (capture name, contact, email).

  2. Once submitted the registration will create the Customer in shopify and with custom field recorded (where this user sign up at: Shop-A).

  3. User will receive special coupon (one time) upon success sign up.

In your specific case you need to create a QR Code linked to the customer sign up page in your store, like this:
