Created a list-collection template in CURRENT theme, and not showing in pages

I created a new custom list-collection template so i can show a different set of collections on a different page, but when I went to create a page, I my custom theme (created using these directions) was not there. I made the change in the theme for my current code. I have the Minimal theme. What could be happening?

So this was an easy fix I found myself, just a mistake I made. Make sure in this situation that you add "page.'before the template type, as in:

page.list-collections.test.liquid
