Created Custom Registration Form now I need to style it right

Hello I have created a custom shopify registration form and need to style it so that the form is not long. I would like to have the address bar 3/4ths of the way across the screen with apt/suite the last 1/4

Then I would like to have city, state and zip all on one line taking up approximately, 1/2, 1/4, and 1/4 of the space respectfully.

I also need to make sure it changes correctly for mobile.

I also can not get the font style for “how did you hear about us” to match the font style and size for the rest of the form
